Terms & Policies



All special event bookings are first come first serve. Bookings are not finalized until payment is received. All special event bookings must be made at-least 24 hours in advance. 


Organization/Individual agrees to promote Kenyari Keith as a (the) featured yoga teacher, on any promotional material featuring the yoga class or event. This includes but is not limited to: social media posts, promotional flyers, event apps, brochures and flyers.



Organization/Individual agrees to provide a location that is safe and reasonable for the yoga class or event. If a location must change, the organization/individual must notify Kenyari Keith at-least 48 hours prior to the event. Kenyari Keith may decline to teach at the new location.


Yoga Mats/Supplies

Organization/Individual is responsible for supplying any yoga equipment needed for client participation.



Only participants who have signed a physical participation waiver, paid necessary fees and have made reservations may participate in the yoga class or event. Guests who have not fulfilled the requirements will be accepted.


Late Policy and Cancellations

Organization/Individual must be present for the class or event on time. A 5-minute grace period will be allotted from the scheduled start time. After the grace period expires, the session will be cancelled and the appropriate cancellation fees will be processed. If an organization/individual must cancel a scheduled session, the party must notify Kenyari Keith at-least 48 hours prior to the event failure to do so will result in the charge of a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
